Production Certificates and Institutional Approvals
The certificates relating to production, quality management, product conformity and institutional approvals are presented below, according to the activities and products they cover.
- Manufacturing Competence The company is registered in the industrial registry of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Its field of production and annual production capacity are certified by the Manufacturer’s Certificate issued by the Istanbul Chamber of Industry on the basis of a capacity report.
- Quality Management System The quality management system is certified to TS EN ISO 9001:2015. Scope of the certificate: manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes, concrete elements, kerbs and paving blocks.
- Product Standards The Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) has certified that the precast concrete and reinforced concrete pipes and fittings produced conform to TS 821 EN 1916, and that the precast inspection manhole bases (base units), shafts (chamber units), cones (cone units), neck rings (adjustment units) and property connection chamber elements (base, chamber or shaft units) conform to TS EN 1917.
- CE Marking and Related Declarations CE (Conformité Européenne – European Conformity) shows that products have undergone the conformity assessments required under the technical legislation they are subject to and meet the relevant requirements. CE marking is applied to the products within this scope, and product conformity is documented by EC Declarations of Conformity (European Community Declaration of Conformity).
- İLBANK Approval The production facility has been assessed by İLBANK (İller Bankası A.Ş.) and found suitable for the production of integrated-gasket, steam-cured concrete and reinforced concrete pipes, and of inspection manholes, property connection chambers and their elements.
- Operator Approvals Türk Telekom has granted qualification for the precast concrete manhole and jointing chamber products covered by the certificate. The precast reinforced concrete jointing chamber products have also been approved under the Turkcell Superonline technical specification.
- Institutional Approvals The company is an approved supplier to institutions such as DSİ (General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works), TOKİ (Housing Development Administration), KİPTAŞ (İstanbul Konut İmar Plan Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.) and EMLAK KONUT.

Quality and Production Control
Quality control is carried out at every stage of production. The raw materials entering production are checked; the concrete mix, reinforcement placement and curing processes are monitored under factory production control. The relevant quality control tests are applied to the products in the plant’s in-house laboratory. These checks ensure that dimensional and performance values are monitored throughout production.
R&D and Process Development
Work to improve product performance and production processes is carried out in different areas, such as concrete composition, the materials used, chemical admixtures, production methods and process parameters. Studies on different materials, methods and production conditions are assessed in terms of strength development, production efficiency and adaptation to changing production conditions. New materials, technologies and production methods in the industry are followed, with the aim of adapting workable solutions to the production processes.
Quality Control Laboratory
Quality checks during production are carried out in the company’s own quality control laboratory. Additional tests and verifications are carried out in university laboratories, or in laboratories accredited for the test concerned or with the necessary technical infrastructure.
- Raw Material Control The raw materials used in concrete production are assessed for suitability; quality control tests such as impurity and sieve analysis are applied to the aggregates regularly.
- Concrete Strength Compressive strength tests are carried out on cube samples prepared from fresh concrete taken during production; the necessary checks are also carried out on the hardened finished products.
- Product Performance Tests are carried out in accordance with the relevant standards to measure how pipes and infrastructure elements behave under load.
