Project-Based Custom Moulds

Our product catalogue consists of products that are frequently required on site. Precast concrete and reinforced concrete elements outside the catalogue can be assessed in terms of manufacturability, transport, installation and technical requirements, and project-specific solutions can be developed. Where necessary, the components of the product other than concrete can also be addressed within the scope of the project.

Custom Solutions Based on Production Capabilities

  • Dimensions and shapes outside the catalogue: if the cross-section falls between the sizes in the catalogue, or if a different connection angle or a non-standard height is required, a solution is developed after assessing suitability for production.
  • Products not in the catalogue: even a precast element we have not produced before is considered, as long as it meets the needs of the project.
  • Systems requiring a mechanical solution: as we do with underground waste container systems, we can also design and manufacture the mechanical solution for the product. The extent of the scope is determined together, depending on the project.
  • Architectural elements: project-specific shape and surface requirements are resolved at the mould stage.

How Does the Process Work?

  • Assessment: dimensions, place of use and quantity are reviewed; feasibility and delivery time are determined.
  • Mould manufacture: the mould is prepared to the approved dimensions.
  • Sample: the first piece is produced; dimensions, appearance and the technical checks required by the product are evaluated together.
  • Series production: once the sample has been approved, the quantity required for the project is produced.

A mould represents an investment; for this reason, the quantity and delivery schedule are addressed at the very beginning of the process.

Single Piece or Segmented?

For elements with large cross-sections, production capacity, transport and installation conditions are jointly decisive. The cross-section size, the weight per unit, the transport route and the lifting equipment on site are assessed together.

If necessary, the element is produced as modules with designed connection and load-transfer details. The decision between single-piece and modular production is made according to the project and site conditions.

Information We Need at the Quote Stage

  • Where the product will be used and its intended purpose.
  • The nominal dimensions of the product and, if available, a technical drawing or a cross-section view.
  • If it is an infrastructure product that will be buried, the burial depth and the loads that will pass over it.
  • The total quantity required and the delivery schedule.
  • Information on any standard that the specification makes mandatory.

If you have a technical drawing, you can send it to us; we review it, make amendments where necessary and reach a decision together with you. If you describe the product instead, our technical team prepares the technical drawing and submits it for your approval before mould manufacture begins.
